The acclaimed musical production Ana Karenina by the Russian Academic Evgueni Vajtangov State Theater Company will open today the 15th edition of the Havana International Theater Festival.

The choreographic show, a version of the homonymous novel by Leo Tolstoy, will be held at the Avellaneda Hall of the Cuba's National Theater, with performances on the 25th and the 27th too.

More than 20 countries from all over the world will participate in the festival, that will end next November 5th.

This edition of the festival will be dedicated to Russian theater actor, playwright and pedagogue Konstantin Stanislavski (1863-1938), for his contributions for his technical contribution.
