English guitarist John McLaughlin wants to play in Cuba
The famous English guitarist John McLaughlin admitted his willingness to play in Cuba, where he was already in 1979, and said he was "very happy" with the US president's efforts to end the "stupid sanctions" against the Caribbean nation.
He also added that he was "very happy that Obama try to stop the incredibly stupid penalties that have existed for many years," said McLaughlin, who served in 1979 with Billy Joel, Kris Kristofferson, The Fania All Stars and Cubans Irakere, Pablo Milanes, Elena Burke and Sara González, among other figures.
