National Tournament of Weight Lifting next July 2007 in Las Tunas
The Junior National Olympiad of the Cuban Sport to take place in Las Tunas next July will be headed by Alberto Pupo, who is competing in the Junior World Championship of Weight Lifting, he will also be accompanied by other seven team mates of this territory.
Yoicel Torres will be one of them in the division of more than 105 kilograms, while Yasmani Romero, medalist in the last national championship for adults, held in Las Tunas, will compete in the 56.
The provincial team is integrated by Yulier Gonzalez and Arlet Proenza in 62 kilograms, Racial Infante in 77 and Oscar Herrera in 105.
The trainers are Julio Yaki, the formerly sportsman Modesto Sanchez and Juan Carrazana.
The junior event in weight lifting of the National Olympiad to take place in Las Tunas, is the base to form many world and olympic champions that give prestige to the Cuban sport movement.
