From August 20-28 will hold sessions in Cuba the forum Cooking as Intangible Patrimony and the possibilities of a Specialized New Journalism sponsored by the International Institute of Journalism Jose Marti and the National Federation of Culinary Associations.

This course will be delivered by Victor Ego Ducrot, journalist, writer, and professor from the Journalism and Social Communication Faculty of the National University of La Plata (UNLP), of Argentina, where he delivers the grade Seminars and post-graduate Journalism in Latin American Scenarios.

The classes will be directed to journalists, advanced students of journalism and social communication, professionals and gastronomic workers and studious of other disciplines interested in the topic.
