One of the plural spaces available for exchange among the IberoAmerican nations is the Festival Internacional Cervantino running in the capital of the Mexican state of Jalisco.
In the beautiful city of Guadalajara , the Cuban music leads the event followed by literature and other art expressions.
The event goes October 3rd - 21st to host 2 400 artists from 27 countries, where Cuba brings its traditional dance rhythms played by a typical orchestra.
The ensemble has been formed in the central city of Villa Clara with parts of the local orchestra Alejandro y sus Onix founded in 1993 by director/arranger and clarinet player Alejandro Sánchez. It has 13 young graduates of the Higher Institute of Art, what ensures both professionalism and musical legacy attachment spiced with contemporaneous tech.
