Famous Cuban singer Silvio Rodriguez is planning to visit Chile again in November, to give a free performance, according to his legal representative in the country Chilean lawyer and politician Eduardo Contreras.

He said Silvio "offered to give a free concert, which has began to be organized," and he disclosed the possibility of carrying it out in November during a tribute to Violeta Parra.
