Havana will host NAM Business Forum in November

The forum will take place prior to Havana's International Trade Fair, scheduled for November 5-10 at the city's EXPOCUBA Exhibit Complex, and which can be attended by delegates to the summit.
Commerce and cooperation are crucial issues for Non-Aligned nations, which represent nearly two thirds of the total UN membership.
The 13th Non-Aligned Summit adopted the setting up of the NAM Business Council to increase international cooperation related to economic integration.
The Cuban Chamber of Commerce has called on its counterpart entities, economic associations in NAM countries to participate in the upcoming forum. 26 countries have already confirmed participation, as well as many ministers and deputy ministers of commerce, and other personalities.
Already on the participants list are: Panama, Algeria, Barbados, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Chile, Congo, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, China, Mozambique, Nigeria, Dominican Republic, Saint Vicente and the Grenadines, Vietnam, Syria, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Uruguay, Zambia and Venezuela.
