Cuban singer-songwriter Karel García, one of the representatives of the New Cuban Trovas third generation, will launch his latest work "Hambre de quimeras" in two concerts in Spain.

"Hambre de quimeras", edited by El Ventilador-Music and recorded in the Havana-based "Ojalá" Recording Studios, gathers songs from Karel García since his early steps as a composer in 1990.

Lerida and Barcelona cities in the north-eastern Catalonia region will host the two performances the Cuban singer will give in Spain, thus informed today Filinmusic, the organizing company of the tour.

On the other hand, Karel García will take part as guest artist in the presentation concert of the tour by the also Cuban Silvio Rodríguez in Barcelona next October 23.

Garcias also scheduled to participate in the concert that will close Silvios tour in Madrid on November 18.
