He expressed: "This was not only important for those who attend galleries and exhibitions in order to wide their aesthetic horizons, but also to identify the way to work in close connection with Cuban designers and cultural and educational institutions, in this case the Instituto Superior de Diseño Industrial (ISDI) (High Institute of Industrial Design) which is living an excellent moment

"In the National Council on Visual Arts "he also explained " we are ready to carry out new actions to stimulate the creation and integration of graphic designers`work to daily life".

Finally, Del Valle expressed: "If as the previous ICOGRADA president, the South African Jacques Lange expressed to make the world a richer and habitable place, and to prove how worth can be design, being useful and beneficial, here, in Cuba, due to our unique institutional system and the possibilities offered by our eduacional network, we are ready to give the best reply to that challenge".
