Chinese Ambassador Concludes Friendly Visit to Las Tunas

The ambassador of the People's Republic of China, Shao Rongxian, concluded satisfied his visit to this city, after traveling by places of economic interest that open the possibility to future exchanges between both sides.
The diplomat, in his second day of stay in Las Tunas, about 670 kilometers to the east of Havana, was accompanied by the vice-president of the Provincial Assembly of the People's Power, Liliam González, to visit the Factory of Metallic Structures Commander Paco Cabrera that produces for the natioinal and South American and Caribbean markets.
Shao Rongxian felt satisfaction for the productive possibilities of the industry, the profitability that shows in its management, and the union achievements that are corroborated with several prizes and state recognitions, as well as the efficient attention to the workers.
The Company of Metallic and Wooden Productions (FUSA) was the other factory that welcomed the ambassador, who expressed his pleasing impression for the quality of the furniture that it markets and he was interest to make some acquisitions.
Liliam González also accompanied the Chinese ambassador by cultural places in the downtown of Las Tunas city, among them the boulevard, the modern center of telecommunication services, and the Marti's Square, among others.
During his conversations Shao Rongxian was interested in the development that province could have in the industry of the white ceramic, deeply depressed by the economic crisis of 1990's, aspect in which he was very well informed.
