Cuban and foreign artists, promoters, academicians, businessmen and producers can take part in the event as well as every person related to the development of the different expressions of the universe of this thousand year old artistic expression.

A committee, made out by the authorities of the Circus in Cuba will select and evaluate the acts to compete for the CIRCUBA awards. The same must fulfill the artistic quality and the ideal development level required in this kind of competition.
