The communication trough the perspective of José MartíAs we already know the social sciences are scientific disciplines that are in charge of the behavior and activities of the human beings. On one hand, the communication sciences study the communication process and the resources to use it.
On the other hand, the radio as a mass media creates a very particular communicative. The collective of workers of our mass media have to take into consideration the characteristics of our political and economical enemy with the measures at its disposal for distorting and attracting unsuspecting persons to its consumer society.
José Martí always noticed the intentions of the United States government in connection with Cuba and Latin America and he expressed: "Mientras nosotros tenemos un corazón de amor y amistad, ellos tienen un corazón de patas de algodón y de buques".
It is said, that the radio is a blind mass media but at the same time a world of color, that is the reason why to appeal to the imagination can not be a mandate, it seemed to be a provocation to the radio listeners, they have to feel seduced by what they listen to.
