Sources from the organizing committee of the Spanish exhibit, from February 25th-29th, announced that the program will include three daily cycles of screening and parallel conferences on graphic design and technology.

Local radio experiences in Latin America and genre representations in the media will also be discussed.

The objective is to promote alternative movie production both in the South and in the North, underpinned by a restricted economy, but boasting great artistic and human quality.

Film screening and lectures will extend to the three capitals of the Basque community: Victoria, Bilbao and San Sebastian.
