Cuba's fruit dehydration plant works full power with pineapple, guava and mangos developed through organic gardening at a plant located at the Carlos Balino sugar cane mill, Villa Clara.
Vacuum packing allows year-round consumption of those tropical fruits, conserving nutritional quality and calory intake for export to Europe and Asia, since the products preserve their quality.
Each container specifies the volume of liquid to be supplied to restore texture at the time of consumption.
