10th Voices of the Republic colloquium in Sancti Spiritus, Cuba

The colloquium was aimed to investigate the Cuban history and culture during republican times from different points of view. This years edition also payed homage to the 85 anniversary of Cuban researcher Antonio Núñez Jiménez.
The two-day event was scheduled to discuss 50 papers written by important investigators like local sculptor Thelvia Marin and Havanas Julio Batista, Hero of the Republic of Cuba, among other important personalities.
The event program also announced 10 collateral conferences held in different institutions as well as the presentation of the volume Voces de la Republica, a compilation of the papers presented in previous meetings.
