Consultants in education from Mexico, Costa Rica,
Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Cuba, debated more than 40 reports about
the political, economic and social realities of Latin America.
A wire from the Cuban News Agency in Las Tunas points out that in the final declaration, Gabriela Cabrera, president of the Mexican Association of Consultants, meant that under the current conditions of the world, consultants, teachers and professors most improve their work so that the learner achieves an integral knowledge.
The document emphasizes in the importance of fulfilling the accords of the Forum due to their influence in the quality of people's life and so that the educational patterns of each country respond to the contexts and the historical necessities of the society.
