The establishment, located in Jardines del Rey (King's Gardens), will open in November under the name of BlueBay Cayo Coco.
The hotel is a key component in the expansion strategy of the company, which belongs to the group Marsans, which plans to offer more than 8,000 rooms in 14 destinations throughout the world.
The four-star BlueBay Cayo Coco Hotel, a property of the Cuban Group Gaviota, will offer 328 rooms, including 154 suites, distributed in two-story bungalows.
BlueBay runs four- and five-star luxury establishments, some of which are on the world's best beaches in the Canary Islands, the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Morocco.
