Families affected by the heavy downpours of the tropical storm Noel, received new housings as part of the politics of the Cuban State of not abandoning its citizens.

In the town Vázquez, belonging to the northern municipality of Puerto Padre, some 52 kilometers from Las Tunas city, the families received the new houses with great joy.

Other buildings, affected by the meteor, were completely repaired, while the areas of low voltage were eliminated to benefit more than 200 housings.

A social club and an organ kitchen garden were others of the works inaugurated in Vázquez, while in the communities of Maniabón and San Manuel the neighbors enjoy at this moment the services of hairdresser, barber's shop, drugstore, doctor's office, as well as cultural facilities.
