According to the Cuban television, which cited a wire by the German DPA news agency, the 27 EU Foreign ministers reached the agreement during a dinner held on the occasion of the Summit of EU Heads of State and Government in Brussels, Belgium.

The text states that the European bloc will resume an unconditional political dialogue with the Cuban authorities, although this situation will be reviewed in a year.
