The initiative, suggested during a meeting of specialists on software, proposes the organization of a work society that receives training to boost the above mentioned project.

The objective is to start the experience in the municipality of Las Tunas to disseminate the application of the new technologies of the communications in function of the economic and social development.

If the idea has success, in hardly a decade, the citizens, the companies, and the government of this eastern territory, about 690 kilometers to the east of Havana, would maintain a constant interaction from any place and moment, to internet with wide band.

Among the services to offer highlight the distance learning education, electronic trade, debate forums, legal steps, and announcements to the population.
