The Cuban experience, successfully applied in about 15 countries, will start implementation in August or September, Cuban Ambassador Omar Morales told Prensa Latina.
More than two million people will benefit from this program, which is expected to reduce tariffs significantly, as the country suffers a widespread surge in prices due to a worldwide increase in crude and basic grain prices.
