In Las Tunas, Cuba Education Prioritizes Teachers' Training

During her stay in the city, Velazquez Coviella participated in the recognition to one hundred educators who receve prizes for their outstanging work, such as the Special Prize of the Ministry of Education, the Order Frank Pais Garcia, maximum reward granted by the Cuban Workers Federation of the Education, of the Culture and of the Sport.
The Minister of Education felt satisfaction with the achievements of the province in the different teaching levels and with the prioritized actions to strengthen the ideological political work, as well as with the diffusion of the work of Jose Marti, Cuba's National Hero.
Doctor Ena Elsa also participated in the reinauguration of the day care Jose Mastrapa Melero, with capacity for 172 children from one to six years old.
