Canadian tightrope walker Carlos Rocardi from the world famous ''Cirque du Soleil'' will be attending the festival with a show out of contest.

Some 50 foreign circus and agents will be attending the festival including representatives from Japan, France, Venezuela and Mexico who are sending officials from the legendary Atayde Hermanos Circus.

There will also be some people attending as observers from Las Vegas,¨said festival coordinator Jose Manuel Cordero, who added that these people are keeping a low key because of US sanctions that prohibit Americans from travelling to Cuba.
