The professionalism in the agricultural sector must help to the rational use of the potentialities of the soils and of the environmental resources, as wll as of the materials.

Previously, the career was only studied in the main University Vladimir Ilich Lenin, of this city. It had a registration of some 50 youths and 18 of then graduated year.
