Casañas said that the 15 years have been marked by constant spiritual and artistic growth, for the children, teachers and rehearsal coaches. The company’s hard work, intense tours, and workshops for national and foreign teachers have made them a truly international dance company, highly regarded both in Cuba and abroad.

What started as a community project kept growing as the Danza BB Compañia spread its horizons first to Latin American and then around the world, and opened its doors to teachers from Paraguay, Bolivia, Argentina, Peru and Spain.

The Danza BB company has represented Cuba in several festivals, including the Monterrey Universal Forum of Culture in Mexico.
