During the ongoing school year, classes are being held at dental departments and clinics in the province's municipalities.

That way, stomatology services are provided in Corralillo, Quemado de Güines, Remedios, Caibarién, Placetas, Sagua la Grande and Santa Clara.

The evaluation is aimed at having the province's teaching system certified by authorities from the Ministry of Public Health.

The faculty has an enrollment of 585 stomatology students, including nine foreigners. Villa Clara's stomatology faculty is the third in the country whose teaching system will be certified.
