Cuban Diplomat Denounces US Blockade in Baltimore

In his lecture, entitled ‘The Other Truth’, the Cuban diplomat gave concrete examples of the economic and human losses that the blockade has caused almost since the triumph of the Cuban Revolution in 1959.
He also recalled the overwhelming rejection of the US blockade of Cubaat the UN General Assembly, where almost all its members condemn this policy every year.
The meeting was attended by students and professors and also by Wayne Smith, former head of the US Interests Section in Havana. Also present was Professor Rioddan Roett, director of studies on the western hemisphere.
