To that end, the FENIX project was designed to provide cultural options linked to the urban environment of the park.
The project includes the restoration of the Bandstand and the repair of a Grotto, which recreates a natural cave. The two structures were built nearly nine decades ago.
Experts from the ministries of Culture and Science, Technology and the Environment, and the National Union of Architects and Engineers of Cuba will participate in the project.
Built in the 19th century, Casino Campestre is a one-of-a-kind attraction for both Cuban and foreign tourists.
