Company executives pointed out that 2.6 million sacks for rice were made and they are working to meet the demand for sacks from the sugar industry.
According to estimates, the Cuban market needs some 50 million sacks to meet the demands from the sugar industry, the Agriculture Ministry and other sectors.
Therefore, a second plant will be built soon to supply up to 21 million polypropylene sacks of different kinds.
