Lenin Diaz told reporters that the agreement includes a project to set up gulf courses, hotels and other tourist facilities, pl news reported.
The signing ceremony was attended by Viet Nam's Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan, who is paying an official visit to Cuba until next Friday, and by Vice President of the Cuban Council of Ministers Ricardo Cabrisas.
Also attending were Vietnamese Labor and Social Security Minister Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and the president of the Council of Women Entrepreneurs Tran Thi Thuy.
The business forum, which took place in the context of the visit here by the Vietnamese VP, was aimed at boosting bilateral exchange between Hanoi and Havana said the Vice-president of the Cuban Chamber of Commerce Odalys Ceijo at the opening of the event.
