Antigua and Barbuda Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer, as CARICOM Summit Chairman said it was a way of expressing gratitude for all the support Fidel has offer the countries of the region.
During this 3rd CARICOM Summit, member states agreed on their stand at the up-coming Latin American and Caribbean Summit on Integration and Development scheduled for next December 16th and 17th in Brazil.
