He talked about some interesting initiatives proposed by the artists to offer an end of the year in those particularly devastated places and the need to give them a message of hope and fraternity.

He indicated that some traditional meetings shined in this year, such as the Cubadisco International Festival, the Ballet Festival and the Congress of the Union of Artists and Writers of Cuba, very important for the cultural policy of the country.
