Zambian Culture Vice Minister John Chinyanta lauded Cuba's cultural achievements and voiced cabinet wishes to enhance bilateral ties, including arts, and greeted the Cuban people.

The release of El Benny was attended by members of the Zambia-Cuba Friendship Association, Zambian graduates in Cuba and other government officials.
