During a debate at the WTOs Organ for Solution of Differences, 15 delegates, including the Cuban representation in Geneva, condemned Washington for the prolonged failure to comply with the resolutions adopted here.

European Communities (that represent the 27 members of EU), Cuba, Venezuela, Uruguay, China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Ecuador, Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, Argentina, Nicaragua and Chile, criticized the US Section No. 211.

All of them demanded US administration to put their national legislation in keeping with the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights.
