The RAP program is one of the latest projects that IFF created for the National Associations to develop elite referees and works in all the Confederations.
 
In this case, the Cuban instructor will supervise his first course as IFF RAP instructor in the Haitian Federation on February 11-17.
 
The PhD. Yero Rodriguez serves as Technical Head of Arbitration in the Cuban Soccer Association of Soccer. Hence, this appointment has a high connotation since he is the first Cuban to reach that distinction in the sector of arbitration in the most universal of sports.
