During the workshop, a lecture on the preservation of institutional archives was held, as part of efforts to preserve the region's visual memory.

In that context, experts exchange experiences on the methods to protect photographs and handle them appropriately.

As part of the workshop, the exhibitions "Quinceañeras", by Ramón Centeno, and "Selecciones", by several artists, were inaugurated at the Oscar Fernández Morera Art Gallery.

Tribute was paid to artist Juan de Dios Pérez Fuentes, and the exhibition "Natura", consisting of 15 large-scale artworks by Benito Castillo, was inaugurated.
