Indiana's Republican Senator's Urges Revision of Sanctions on Cuba

The White House has imposed a full economic blockade on Cuba since 1962. However, "the report due out Monday stops short of recommending an end to the US embargo (blockade)," the Washington Post noted.
The same source says Richard Lugar supports lifting the Bush administration's travel restrictions and remittances to Cuba, as well as restoring bilateral cooperation on drug interdiction and migrations. The Senator also backs allowing Cuba to buy US agricultural products on credit.
