Local authorities pointed out that during the initial stage, works will focus on the main entrance, gardens and main road of the hacienda, built in 1920.
The experts added that the park's architecture is strongly influenced by Japanese culture, including decorative elements and sculptures, some of which were carved on Carrara marble.
The park also has an artificial lake that stores water from the San Diego river, where visitors can fish and row.
