Quality of Cuban Milk Increased
Media noted that the product, developed by the Centro Nacional de Sanidad Agropecuaria, prevents acidification and enables storing without risk of contamination.

Stabilak is an enzymatic activator of the lactoperixidase system that is used to preserve raw milk for between 8 to 16 hours after milking at a temperature of 20 to 34 degrees Celsius.

According to specialists this product of Cuban science is not harmful to human health.

Official figures report that the government guarantees a liter of milk to all children until seven years of age and supplies 194 hospitals, homes for the aged and more than 1,100 nurseries.
