Under the agreement, the legislators will hold permanent dialogue on matters of common interest through bilateral consultation, including international affairs.
They will coordinate and collaborate with the International Parliamentary Union and the African-Caribbean and Pacific Parliamentary Assembly among other regional bodies.
The accord involves exchange of delegations, information and documents on parliamentary activity and calls to twin provinces and cities.
At the ceremony Crombet voiced Cuba's satisfaction with signing the protocol that shows interest in fuelling legislative ties at all levels.
Kadaka, on official visit to Cuba until Saturday, reminded of the long cooperation between Cuba and Uganda, adding that the accord keeps the African country ever present for the Cuban people.
The African delegation will also visit places of social and cultural interest.
