The Cuban deputy minister traveling from Qatar, was received by the Saudi Culture and Information Minister, Abdulaziz Bin Mohieddin Khoja, with whom he discussed options for exchange between both nations.
During his official visit, Bernal also met with Deputy Minister for International Cultural Relations, Abudbaker Bagader and visited the King Fahd Cultural Center, the cultural festival in Janadriya and the National Museum in King Abdulaziz Cultural Center.
In all the meetings issues of mutual interest were discussed and the areas where it is possible to develop cultural cooperation between Havana and Riyadh, told Prensa Latina sources of the Cuban Embassy.
Bernal attended in Doha to the opening of the First Week of Cuban Culture in Qatar, held from March 11 through 14, with a comprehensive sample of fine arts, handicrafts, dance, music, cinema and tasting of Cuban typical cuisine.
