Podiatric oncology, onychomycosis, nail alterations, skin diseases, and plantar wart surgery are also to be discussed at the Havana's Conference Center until Firday.
Experts will also be addressing technology implementation, treatment and rehabilitation, dietetics, nutrition and healthy lifestyles, buccal health and pharmaceutical services, external fixers, and information management in the health care area.
Organizing committee chairman and Health Technology Faculty dean Julio Portal Pineda said the convention is aimed at establishing cooperation ties between national and international institutions and fostering scientific links.
