Cuban medical cooperation in Ghana began in November of 1983 when a total of 23 professions in the fields of health, agriculture and sports arrived to the African nation.
Up until today, impressive figures have been revealed of the last 8 years in the field of health with almost 12 million and a half cases which have been attended, over 128 000 surgeries and over 253 700 lives saves.
