Members of the Cuban Society of Stomatology pointed out that participants in the meeting will share knowledge to improve dental treatments.

Experts noted that the meeting will be an opportunity to highlight the importance of buccal health at community level.

In that regard, they recalled that buccal-dental affections have a negative impact on school activities, work, social relations and other aspects of the quality of life.

Cuba's health strategy prioritizes dental treatments, for which purpose medical facilities are being enlarged and remodeled.
