Trade-promotion agencies in Maryland and Virginia are moving swiftly to be ready when the U.S. takes down its barriers to doing business with Cuba.
Relaxed rules on trade with Cuba already made it possible for Virginia's agricultural sector to boost exports to the country from less than $1 million to more than $40 million in five years.
