The Havanatur Company Promotes Guardalavaca as Tourism Destination in Eastern Cuba

Guardalavaca, an important beach resort in Holguin -Cuba’s third best tourism destination, is another of the proposals by Havanatur which also includes in each of its tours the natural charms, customs and cultural roots of these places.
For example, the Nuestra Senora de la Concepcion church, in Baracoa, which shows the oldest Christian symbol in Cuba: the vine cross brought by the Admiral Christopher Columbus.
As part of the recently concluded 30th Tourism Fair, tour operators and journalists from more than 50 countries got acquainted with the potentials Santiago de Cuba, Bayamo and others eastern Cuban sites may be the attraction of the world tourism, because Cuba is much more than sun and beaches.
