The show is a flashback to Cuba in the 1940s and 1950s, recreated through music, storytelling and dance. To set the scene each night, a Cuban bar is recreated on stage.
Rum is served, the audience are encouraged to get up and dance, and the occasional cigar is enjoyed - when local smoking laws permit.
Before begining a tour of other Australian cities, the Cuban musicians laid a wreath at the bust of Jose Marti at the Sydney Ibero-American Plaza.
