Preparations in Cuba for World Environment Day

On June 2, and 3:00 p.m., a keynote lecture on climate change will be delivered at the headquarters of the SPCMA, by specialist Orlando Rey, from the Ministry of Science, Technology and the Environment.
The African Centre will join the celebration on June 3 with the lecture Africa and the environment, from the Tras las huellas del continente africano workshop.
On June 5, at 4:00 p.m., there will be an exhibition of pieces made from manufactured paper and recycled material, organized by the Handcrafted Paper Workshop and an exhibition of art and recycling will be inaugurated at the SPCMA gallery, and in the Las Carolinas Park.
That same day, Nelson Espinosa, from the Spanish American Cultural Center will give the lecture entitled "La proteccion de la capa de ozono, acciones cubanas en el protocolo de Montreal"
