Esteban Lazo Hernández, Vice President of the Council of State, heads up the Cuban delegation attending the inauguration ceremony of Salvadorian president elect Carlos Mauricio Funes Cartagena, which will take place on Monday in San Salvador city.

During the visit of the Cuban delegation to this country, an agreement for resuming diplomatic relations with El Salvador will be signed. This way, Cuba would pass to hold full diplomatic relations with all the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.
