The program to pay tribute to this important filmmaker includes eight feature films and a selection of shorts, confirmed the Cuban Film Institute (ICAIC).

Organized by ICAIC, the French embassy in Cuba and the French Alliance, the event is one of the city’s premier festivals and takes place at the Charlie Chaplin, Yara, 23 y 12, Riviera, Acapulco and Glauber Rocha cinemas, as well as more than 30 sub-venues throughout the country until July 1.

Twenty-nine feature films and a large number of documentaries will be screened, twenty-one of which will be premieres in Cuba including Paris by director Cédric Klapisch.
